Privacy policy

What we collect
If you send us an enquiry through this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number, event date, guest count and message you put in the form. That is all of it. We do not ask for anything we do not need to answer you.
We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used, such as which pages get visited and roughly where visitors come from. That data is aggregated and does not identify you.
Court bookings are handled by CatchCorner, a separate booking platform. Anything you enter there is covered by their privacy policy, not this one.
What we do with it
- Reply to your enquiry and arrange your booking
- Contact you about the booking you made
- Understand which parts of the site are useful and which are not
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers.
Who else sees it
Form submissions pass through our form provider on the way to our inbox. Analytics data sits with our analytics provider. Both are service providers acting on our behalf. Beyond that, nobody outside the business sees your details unless the law requires it.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies for analytics. You can block them in your browser settings and the site will still work normally.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our inbox so we have a record of what was agreed. If you would rather we deleted yours, ask and we will.
