Clubs, academies and leagues
Lock the same court every week
If your group plays weekly, booking hour by hour is the expensive way to do it. A long-term contract gets you a protected slot, a lower rate, and one invoice instead of thirty card payments.
A club that trains every Tuesday should not be fighting the public calendar every Tuesday. We take long-term bookings off the open calendar, so the slot is yours for the whole season.
The rate drops as the commitment goes up. One weekly hour is priced differently from four hours across three nights. Tell us what your season looks like and we will quote the whole thing in one go.

FAQ
Long-term questions
- How long is a long-term contract?
- Anything from a season to a full year. Most clubs take the same night and the same court weekly for eight to ten months.
- What does it cost?
- Long-term rates sit below the hourly rates on our courts page, and depend on the sport, how many hours a week you take and which slots. Send your details through the form and we will price the whole term.
- Can we hold a slot the public calendar shows as open?
- Yes. Long-term bookings come off the public calendar entirely, so your slot is protected for the full term and nobody can take it mid-season.
- What if we miss a week?
- Talk to us. Contract terms are more flexible than the 72-hour policy on one-off bookings, because we plan the season around your group.
- Can we add hours later?
- We have 3 full courts plus 9 pickleball courts, so there is usually room to grow mid-season. Ask early for the popular evening slots.
